1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your Discord or Twitch account to the Inferno Protocol, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable UK laws, including regulations pertaining to digital assets and virtual currencies.

2. Digital Assets & Staking Economy

The Inferno Protocol utilizes a multi-token economy. You acknowledge that:

• DEVL Token: A legitimate cryptocurrency that can be earned, traded, or used within the ecosystem.
• Staking: Staking DEVL tokens on the primary interface (app.overseer.bond) yields ANGL tokens according to current protocol rates.
• Soul Fragments: Internal loyalty points used for stream-specific rewards and leaderboard tracking.

3. User Conduct & Financial Responsibility

As DEVL has real-world value, users are responsible for the security of their linked wallets. Inferno Protocol is not responsible for losses due to compromised private keys or unauthorized wallet access. Manipulation of the economy via scripts or exploits is strictly prohibited and will result in asset forfeiture.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% uptime on our local VPS infrastructure, we are not liable for market fluctuations in token value or temporary inability to stake/unstake assets during scheduled maintenance.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Users are responsible for their own tax obligations related to cryptocurrency earnings in their respective jurisdictions.
